I ran this update recently from the main BES. It seems to have updated the software to the correct version but broke it at the same time. None of my remote consoles will connect to the Root server and even trying to run updates directly from the root server will not work.
Does anyone know what I can look at to try and fix this without having to re-install BigFix?
When trying to run from the BES it self all i get is a pop up saying Can’t connect to the root server. When using a remote console it says it can not establish a connection to the Database, because it has version of Enterprise 2.18 and this application requires a database version of Enterprise 2.22
If your BigFix Console gives an error message about the database being the wrong version, you may need to run the database upgrade scripts manually to upgrade the database.
Can anyone tell me what or where i can find the upgrade scripts to manually update the database?
Well, it seems that somehow a User DSN entry was created in ODBC. As well as the server for the bes_bfenterprise entry in the System DSN being configured incorrectly.
All seems to be working now and was able to finally upgrade the root server.

Yes, I know, but I meant only about database upgrade scripts. I thought that there are some separate scripts, beyond installers of Server, Console and Clients.
I run upgrade (8.2) of Server and Console and I cannot use Console and even Administration Tool, because I got still error that my database need to be upgrade (unable to connect to database version ‘Enterprise 2.22’; expected version ‘Enterprise 3.89’. Do you want to upgrade?).
When I click OK, I got error: The database appears to be in an inconsistent state. Database error:
