Updated Platform Server Components version 9.2.9 NOT RELEVANT

I’m trying to use the Fixlet to upgrade the BigFix Server and components to 9.2.9 but it’s showing as Not Relevant. I wonder why, all the 13 relevance sentences are true on the BigFix server.

Do you have answer or any ideas?

Have you checked for a pending restart (BES Support fixlets 390/391) or are you running BESAdmin on the target machine? Neither can be true for the fixlet not being relevant.

Actually I have two environments on that situation, and for the one I was able to restart the root server it works, the pending restart was the “issue”. Thank you!
