Now that the Catalina GM is available, we’re starting more intensive testing. Is there any official statement on official BigFix support?
Offical support for macOS Catalina will be included in BigFix Agent 9.5.14, and it will be available tentatively later this month.
I’m currently running BigFix 9.5.13 on Catalina and it works, but there could be edge cases, especially around the newer permission model and relevance. You should upgrade Macs to the latest available BigFix agent as soon as possible if not already on 9.5.13 and upgrade again when the new agent is released.

Are there any installation issues with 9.5.13 on Catalina? Any dates on 9.5.14 ?
