when i trying to give blank action the status for the server is showing locked after the action completes. can anyone please tell me what procedure i have to follow to run the blank action successfully.
You’d need to Unlock the server, either using the ‘Edit Settings’ dialog or the Unlock/Lock tasks in the BES Support site.
A system that is Locked will not execute any actions. Locking is generally used to ensure that actions do not run outside of defined maintenance windows.
Before Unlocking a server, be sure to check the system’s Action History to understand all of the actions that are in a Locked status. Once you Unlock, any of those actions may start running.
