"unknown authorizer" error at installation time

Hi there,

I am new to Bigfix. I am attempting to install the BES for the first time on a newly-install Win2k8 server. I receive the error “authorization could not be accepted because it is signed by an unknown authorizer” both when attempting an internet licensing request, as well as when I attempt to manually upload the file.

Any ideas?

Oh, and the page at http://support.bigfix.com/bes/forms/BESLicenseRequestHandler.html says to email licensing@bigfix.com for further assitance… I did and it bounced. :frowning:

Apparently, my license file is stale. We bought BES a couple months ago and are just now able to move forward with installation and deployment… in the mean time due to the acquisition by IBM apparently the licensing servers are different.

I was given the address ibmtemlicensing@lotus.com to contact about receiving a freshened license file, and I do expect to hear back from them soon.
