I’m trying to install some patches on RHEL 5.1, but installation failed, in “Action History” i did not found any explanation about reason of failure (see attachment).
Where can i find information about reasons of failure?

You need to look in the client log !
/var/opt/BESClient/__BESDate/__Global/Logs/.log
Errors of this kind are most typically related to relevance substitution errors in my experience.
Option 1. Look for “Command failed”, around the appropriate time (times are in sync?)
Option 2.
Get your action ID from the Action History view (double click the action and look on the action header).
Search for that ID in the file, it’ll be there a few times, such as when the client received it, but you’re looking for it taking the action.
