See this thread. Try gathering over https. Your ISP might be manipulating your traffic (inserting ads, tracking cookies, etc; so long, Net Neutrality) or your connection may be getting hijacked.
HTTPS Everything is never a bad idea.

Using HTTPS it is working fine now
We added registery key for HTTPS in besconfig file
Successful we gathered all content of bessupport
