We found out that our Trend virus definitions were not updating for quite some time. We configured the server and endpoint components and our server is getting the most recent definitions from Trend again. However, these are not automatically going out to our endpoints. I had to create a manual task under "Update/Rollback Patters>Create Pattern Update/Rollback Task - and then I created a one-time deployment to all endpoints. This has replicated through our environment very well. Trend put out a new definition yesterday and it hasn’t touched a single endpoint yet.

I’ve already got tasks with no end dates for the following:

Core Protection Module - Apply automatic updates (all endpoints dynamically)
Core Protection Module - Enable Automatic Updates - Server (CPM server)
Core Protection Module - Set ActiveUpdate Server Pattern Update Interval (CPM server)
Core Protection Module - Enable Automatic Updates - Endpoints (all endpoints dynamically)

All analysis are enabled in CPM as well. Is there something I’m missing in order to have these definitions push to all endpoints automatically?

From another post you were having issues with your Server signing certificate. With that addressed have you seen this fixed? That certificate would have been used for this purpose too.

Unfortunately no. CPM is doing everything we want except sending out the updates it pulls from Trend to our endpoints.
