Hi,

Can TRC use the account which is not in administrator group to login?

Hi,

I presume you mean the login credentials requested in the controller before starting the session if the CheckUserLogin setting is enabled in the target configuration (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\Tivoli\Remote Control\Target\CheckUserLogin in the registry). There is a related configuration setting there as well CheckUserGroup that specifies what group the users need to be a member of to be able to start the RC session. By default the configuration is the Administrators group, but you can set that value to the group you want to check the user against and restart the RC Target service so the configuration change is applied.
