Tivoli Remote Control right click option greyed out

Hey all,

I have installed a Tivoli Remote Control controller, and target.

But when I right click on the target, the ‘Tivoli Remote Control’ option is greyed out.

Any ideas?

Hi!

The menu is enabled or disabled depending on the result it’s getting from the Remote Control Installation and Security Options analysis, so you need to have this analysis enabled. Once it’s returning results for the targets and if it’s returning that the Target service is running, the menu will be enabled.
