Throttling not working properly

I have applied bandwidth throttling on relay pcs but when i check the network traffic it is still showing that bigfix is using more bandwidth than the value i configured in the bandwidth throttling .

Why is it and how to resolve it???

If you are using static bandwidth throttling then you may have run into this issue:
