Test mails are not receiving

In Bes Report, we tried to sent the test mail to particular domain (We tried with 3-4 domains)

It says “Test Mail sent Successfully” but we not yet received from BigFix report’s test Mail.

We configured email alert for change in the RAM value

But the problem is Bigfix Reporting Mail comnfiguartion does not sent test mail itself

Kindly give me a solution ASAP

Hi Yasar,

The problem might be with your email server. You need to make sure that the SMTP server you choose will accept SMTP connections from the BigFix Server (often times you must configure the SMTP server to explicity trust the BigFix Server).

Can you confirm with your email administrator that the connection from the BigFix Server is being attempted?
