Hi Team,

Kindly find the attached error while installing the BES Client on the AIX 5.3 TL7 Server. Kindly provide us with the alternate client package that are compatible on the AIX 5.3 TL1-TL7. Awaiting for your reply at the earliest.

Specifically the AIX 8.1 latest build is at: http://software.bigfix.com/download/bes/81/BESAgent-8.1.634.0.ppc_aix51.pkg

Note: The 8.2 fixlet will become relevant but will fail if applied to a TL7 or lower platform. We only added the ability to inspect the oslevel in 8.2 so the action itself will verify the correct TL.

As the 8.2 build is significantly better, and TL7 has been out of support on AIX for a while, we would suggest updating your TL on the host platform as well, if your situation allows it.
