TEM 8.2 Console - NT Authentication

Hi,

We have upgraded our TEM server from 8.1 to 8.2. All our previous TEM console access was using NT authentication however when I upgraded the TEM console to 8.2 it does not use NT authentication anymore. Earlier we achieved this by modifying the registry key for ODBC connection however in TEM 8.2 I believe they don’t use ODBC connections anymore.

What is alternative way to configure it to use NT authentication?

I have added a Microsoft active directory user and it validates the password against active directory. Since the user is logged into system as active directory it should not ask for the password and use the NT authentication credentials to allow login.

That is correct Bhushan, the NT authentication is handled by linking your LDAP directory to your infrastructure. ODBC is no longer used for this purpose.
