System State Backup

I am doing a simple

run wbadmin start systemstatebackup -backupTarget:D: -quiet

I tried a batch file I tried running directly from the fillet and nothing seems to kick off a backup. Any help getting this going would really make my day as I spent three days without success.

Is this a windows system? Does this work in the FixletDebugger “action” tab?

Where is the wbadmin executable located? You may need to specify the path.
