Has anyone created a management pack to monitor BigFix in SCOM yet? I’m planning to take a stab in the next month or so.

Jim, did you make any progress on this? We’ve been thinking about the same thing now that we have SCOM in place…

We’ve got SolarWinds Orion Application Performance Monitor monitoring it, but not SCOM (we replaced SCOM with Orion). Are you looking for what to monitor or for a pre-built management pack for SCOM?

Funny, we tried to with Orion, but found it couldn’t handle our large, distributed enviroment and went with SCOM. We have a lot of home-built monitoring for BigFix, since we’ve had that for quite awhile now, but wanted to turn what we have into a MP, unless someone else had done most of the legwork already. :slight_smile:

Jnharry, we’re piloting SCOM at the moment and I would like to monitor the server and relays. Did you end up building a management pack? What kind of home-built monitoring have you done with BigFix?

I myself am also looking for a management pack for BigFix. Does it exist?
