Supply infected file to Trend Micro?

If I have a file that I know is infected, but Trend Micro does not detect the infection, how do I go about submitting the file to them? Do they have a web based upload site or anything like that?

Yep… you can follow the instructions here…

BigFix will work directly with Trend to figure out the infection.
