Hi All

I am a SUA newbie. I have noticed that when a PC with IEM-9 Agent is rebuilt and the agent is reinstalled we end up with a duplicate agent object in IEM. I can fix this easily enough in IEM by right clicking on the grayed out old agent object and selecting removed from database. However there is no similar mechanism in SUA2. It would be really nice if I could join the two records back together, but if we can’t do that then just a script that could delete old records.

In SUA agent will only show as double if you rebuild it in the middle of report period and only once, next report will only contain one entry.

SUA keeps historical data, so information about old agents is not removed.
