We are using SUA Version: 9.2.1.0. The installed software count is displayed as 0.
When checked using the console, the systems have quite a few software’s installed on them.
Any idea as to why this is happening even after scanner is installed, initiated, run and results are uploaded ??
Did you run a BigFix Inventory Import to pull the data in from BigFix? If you did, were there any errors reported in the Import log?

I suggest to update to 9.2.3 as well…
@mtrain we ran an import to pull data from bigfix with no errors.
@michalpaluch we have updated to 9.2.3 and are still facing the same problem.
can you check besclient log for upload errors?
