SUA Problem after Upgrade

Hi All,

We have IEM 8.2 SUA 2.0 eventually upgraded to SUA 2.2 without backup of the database on remote SQL server. Upon login, we encounter problem which is database error.

Please help guys what to do?

How can we use again the same remote database to upgraded SUA.

I’d recommend creating a PMR to get support.

If you do re-setup the DB from scratch, you will not loose application usage data, though you will loose user accounts and some other things setup through the SUA interface itself.
