SUA 2.0 catalog upgradation

I am using SUA 2.0 and IBM Software Knowledge Base Toolkit 1.2.2

We are facing some issues:

1 IBM SUA tool 2.0 is very slow while performing Import run. Data populating takes time in SUA console post scanning via TEM console.

2 Unable to find specific name of Microsoft office,in current version however in previous version all these were visible.

3 Not able to identify how many systems were updated to SUA console, which was present in earlier version.

4 Where to find the latest catalog and what are steps to upload on SUA console.

5 Can we do any customization in fields of contract, e.g: to add PO number as a field.

6 Any tutorial for SUA and Knowledge Base Toolkit except thie link I have used it:

We need to solve these problem urgently, please reply anyone as soon as possible.

  1. TEM SUA 2.0 ETL process has been redesigned as compared to SUA 1.3 in order to prevent users from accessing the SUA UI access and usage during ETL. Therefore the ETL process is a bit longer than what used to be in SUA 1.3 (the first one) but users are not bolcked from using the UI.

Further ETLs are usually faster as well as catalog updates.

  2. We are going to add this capability back in as part of coming content update within 1Q2013

  3. As to TEM SUA 2.0 the catalog updates will be provided via Fixlet content streaming. This will occurr shortly when we are going to deliver the first catalog update for TEM SUA 2.0.

  4. This capability is not there yet but we are looking for adding it in the future updates of TEM SUA.

  5. Working on those to be made available within 1Q2013.
