Status "Running" invalid

I have a task that defrags HDDÂ’s… The action script is simply: wait C:\Program Files\Defraggler\df.exe c:

On a few machines the defrag went longer than expected to I manually killed the df.exe on these PC’s however BigFix still shows the status as “running”.

I’ve stopped the action and IÂ’ve reset the service but not sure what else to try.

Hey tscott,

After an action is stopped or expired, the agent no longer updates status on that action.
