Status <not reported> false in actions

Hi,

I don’t know what is happening.

I create a baseline to deploy ms06-072 to ms06-078, the computers are reporting correctly in the console, this is an example my action, if you see the computers are reporting, however the patch installation never is executed. ( status not reported )

any action, task, baseline, or fixlet are executed.

I have tried sometimes with the same result, any idea ?

Hi wolverine,

Maybe the agents are not receiving a notification of the new action. Check out this KB article: http://support.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/kbdirect.pl?id=173

Did the agents respond after 24 hours? If not, I suggest you open a support ticket to investigate in a little more detail.

Thanks for your time, I just receive phone call about the problem was resolved by bigfix team and now my actions are executing correctly.
