Id like to know if there’s a way a aplication becomes available again in Software Available tab in the Support Center software., after i manually uninstall it?

If the offer is an open action set to reapply when it becomes relevant again, then it should show up after a few minutes. ( I don’t have a lot of experience using offers, but this is my understanding )
