People, We have a Issue with SD. We send a small file (50KB) over the local network (Distance 2) and every client get and install the file on not more that 2 min, and report to the console.
Now we send the same file to our remotes location (Distance 5) and normally report status to the console at next day on the morning (When machine are turn on???).
We need any special configuration to get status more quicky? Can we force SD on clients??
This is likely due to the TEM Server not having direct line of sight to be able to notify the Agents.
When an action is issued, the TEM Server will notify the Agents via UDP to come back and download the instructions.
If the Server cannot contact the Clients, then the Clients will automatically “gather” once every 24 hours. This is call the “gather interval”. This is why you notice that the actions have taken effect the next day.

Lee thanks a lot for your help!!, I will change the config., but a question, the notify sending via UDP from the server to the client use the standart port 52311? If we open this port for UDP then it need work without change any setting? Or it use another random port?
