I am not able to see the site option for filter purposes in console every where, Please find the below snip for reference,

You should see ‘by site’ under “all” (you’ll see both Fixlets and Tasks from the site).
Even I have checked “All Fixlet and Task” → All, but no luck,
Do you have a site column in your Content list on the right side of this panel? Right click in the column headers to add it. This will make the “by site” filter appear.
