Is there a way to restrict certain Console Operators from accessing tasks that are in the the BES Support Site or any other “Subscribed” Site?

I would like to restrict what some Console Operators can do. I noticed that on a Site that I create, I can restrict who can see the site from the Site Reader tab. I do not see this same tab on all the “Subscribed” Sites.

There is not a way (at least I havent found a way) to selectively hide content from Non Master Console Operators. We set content to be globally hidden so all our NMO cannot see them.

Stacy is correct. You would typically global hide all content as it comes in, and then approve anything you’d like NMO’s to see.
