Server 2008 hangs the moment BigFix service is started. Any idea what troubleshooting we can do?
What version of BigFix are you running and specifically what BigFix service is causing problems?
Depending on the component you are talking about it might require a service pack (if its the BigFix server) otherwise the only other requirement for the BigFix client is a Pentium III, but crashing the server is not usually something that would happen.
Also if you can clarify which 2008 you have (as many don’t see the 2008 and 2008 R2 variants as different operating systems)
