Self Service Portal - Application Prerequisites

Please bare with me I am new to BigFix. For our implementation all end-user optional software will offered to users as Portal Offers.

Many of our software applications require that other prerequisite software already be installed in the target machine prior to installing the intended application. I thought a baseline would be perfect for this scenario. To my surprise or naivety a baseline can’t be made into a Portal Offer.

How do you suggest that I enforce an applications prerequisites when using Portal Offers?

I’ve never used the self-service portal but I know that the Offers portion of the Client Support Center supports Baselines (as does the new Self-Service Application released with 9.5.4).

Have you considered simply utilizing the client support center and the offers capabilities
