Self Service Application (SSA) Bugs?

I’m fairly certain this is a bug, but I’m not using SSA too much at this point and don’t have focus right now to open a PMR. Perhaps the behavior I’m experiencing is by design…

I’m using BES 9.5.5 and testing the SSA client app:

We deployed an optional application as an Offer, but we didn’t want it to kick it off until the next day, so we set the “Starts on” Constraint under the Execution tab. The Offer was immediately sent to all endpoints, notifying users that it was there and showing in the Catalog tab on the SSA client. For those who clicked “Get”, it just sat there with a status of Pending…never to complete (since it wasn’t scheduled until the next day).

Furthermore, the same Offer was to run for 30 days. But after it expired, the item still shows in the Catalog tab. Clicking on “Get” goes into the forever Pending state. Even deleting the Expired action leaves the item.

So that’s my experience… If anyone wanted to confirm that would be cool…

Sounds like this may have been addressed in 9.5.7 (Issue 131818 - APAR IV67976).
