Scheduled Report not showing as designed

I have a report scheduled to send an e-mail according to some requirements and everything is working fine except that the email columns position are not respecting the same order seen in Web Reports.

The report has 10 columns and considering that it was designed from column 1 to 10, when the email is received it shows the columns completely out of order, something like 1-9-4-7-8-10-5…

I’m using a regular report and not a customized one. The report contains native and customized properties. I’ve tried to rearrange the columns order at the Web Reports but it keeps showing in a completely random order in the email.

if you are using Bigfix at 9.5.13 version, it is possible you are facing a known issue: https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?crawler=1&uid=swg1IJ16608.
The official fix for it will be available in next patch 9.5.14.
A hotfix on 9.5.13 is available for it as well: if you need it, please, contact BigFix support.
