Take a look at your double-quote marks. If you copied directly from here, they will be “(un)smart quotes” ™ :).

You should replace them with the normal double-quotes from your keyboard.

Ah, the Forum’s “Smart Quotes” strike again.
I reformatted my post with the proper escape code for the quoting, can you try to copy that again?

Can we remove this single not relevant fixlet too from the console and re-run the import ?

Do you have a ticket open with the Support team? I’d provide them the results you found here. The original error message pretty clearly points at a duplicate sentinel id, we have found the sentinel id, but are not seeing the duplication in session relevance queries. They may need to examine your database and see whether there is something else underlying the problem.
They’ll may want to do some direct SQL queries to find this specific ID in the Compliance database.
