SCA browser login failure

Hi,

When i log into the SCA browser the following failure “We’re sorry but something went wrong. Please conact your local Tivoli Endpoint manager analytics administrator if the problem persits”

SUA also has a problem logging in but the web reports are logging in fine.

I managed to resolve the issue with the SCA

.One has to navigate to to the security configouration domain then to the upgrade section. The TEM SCA Upgrade (1.4.28) appears on the right side of the console screen,one can then appropriately take action.

Once the action has been completed one has to navigate to where the BES server has been installed and localhost:81 on the browser to update the database schema.

This resolution is only applicable in the BES upgrade scenario where there is an upgrade relevance in the security configouration domain.

NB:When creating custom checklists an error of"HTTP Error 28:Timeout was reached"
