I FINALLY got this working. I definitely did NOT have to install WebUI on my root server. However, the remote WebUI server had to have an open inbound port 5000 to accept connections from the Web Reports and Root server. I’ve had an HCL support case open on this and they worked with their product team and came up with the port 5000 idea.
