I get this error when I click on the Raw Executeable Scan Data…

We were unable to find the Executable Scan File for Computer ID: 589

Please assist.

That means that computer does not have executable scan data on the BigFix server. This is probably because it has not completed the tasks of running the scan and uploading the data. On the computer details page you will see it’s BES ID. Check in your BigFix console for that computer’s status with respect to the SAM tasks.
