Running BESAirgapTool.exe in an environment that requires a proxy

Hi,

I am trying to run the BESAirgaptool.exe on a Windows 7 desktop. I have the latest version 9.x downloaded.

I have the following env var set:

no_proxy=windowsBesAirgaptool_hostname

I keep getting a HTTP Error 28: Timeout was reached: Connection timed out after 10015 milliseconds.

Has anyone else encountered this issue ? Any suggestions for anything else to try?
