Run Capacity scan and upload results are failed with exit code-1

Hi All,

I am able to run fixlets and tasks on new client servers.

  1. Install or upgrade scanner status completed
  2. Initiate software scan status completed
  3. Upload software scan status completed\
  4. Run Capacity scan and upload results status failed with Exit code-1

I tried uninstalling the scanner and re-installed the scanner and initiated Run Capacity scan and upload results but still failed with Exit code-1.

Please let me know any other troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Next step would be to read the client logs and see which step of the actionscript failed.

I don’t see any error or failed in client logs i.e from (C:\Program Files\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client__BESData__Global\Logs) but i can see failed in action script Execution details-

The script was running a batch file, and the batch was saving output to whatever that ‘logfilepath’ parameter was set to.
I’m away from computer at the moment and can’t lookup that path but it should have been set earlier. Look for that log file, or open a support ticket and they can help you find it.

The log file path should be under the BES Client folder, at \LMT\CIT\<computerid>_cit_tlm_hw.log. Check that file for error messages next.

No error message in log file. I can see only above data in log file.
