RHEL entitlement certificates

Attempting to patch my Red Hat Linux servers and the output from the RHSM Download Plugin indicates the following “Download failed for https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/power/7/7Server/ppc64/os/repodata/repomd.xml. Handling ValueError exception with message: SSL key is None. Will retry.” and " : No sub-directories were found in E:\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\DownloadPlugins\RHSMProtocol\certs" and All Entitlement Certificate(s) in ‘rootCertDir’ cannot access: https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/power/7/7Server/ppc64/os/repodata/repomd.xml. This is due to either (1)Expired Cert,(2)Cert is not entitled to access content, (3)Redhat CDN is down, (4) Your network / proxy is blocking RHSMPlugin.exe / RHSMDownloadCacher.exe.
I have an existing subscription with Red Hat to retrieve RHEL patches. How do I obtain the entitlement certificates required to apply the patches to the endpoints.

Take a look here:

Thank you for the post. I had to reset my RHSM Plug-in on my server. Receiving error messages when running --check-baserepos command. After clearing folder and running the register for the server, it is not giving me the option to configure the server. I’ve check BF Server and RHSMProtocol fp;der was added and 2 logs certs and logs were added. What can I do?
