I just noticed that all the patches I install on Redhat 7 end in failure : Not Relevant on the BES redhat log file.
For me the .prm must be installed since I have an old version on the server.
The installation of the patches worked without any problem before.
Is there anyone who can help me diagnose this problem…

which bigfix version you are using ? and had i deployed RPM-GPGKEY to that rhel machine .? and also RHSM download plugin updated ?

BigFix version 10.0. RPM-GPGKEY is already deployed. RHSM also with a valid contract at RedHat
As I told you, I have already installed patches automatically with RHSM but after an incident on the server I can’t apply patches any more
