Revert Pci Dss checklist actions

Hi We created a baseline for compliance testing and to this baseline we added all relevant items showing in site "PCI DSS Checklist for Windows 10 " but we accidently tested this baseline to production computers and we want to revert taking actions. For example “Verify that “User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account” is set to Enabled” has an action which saying execute remediation for pcidss-7.2.2.41 on the endpoint

How can we revert this actions back?

I don’t think any of the configurations come with an “undo” button or save the prior settings.
You may need to build a new checklist to apply different (less-strict) values.
