I am using BigFix v7 and there is a RAM retrieved property in the “Predefined” site, which I’m pretty sure means it comes with BigFix. (Getting BigFix-supplied retrieved properties such as “Brand String of CPU - Windows” requires licensing the BES Licensing and Inventory site, for example.)
From the console, click Tools, then go to “Manage Properties” then sort by name and scroll down to RAM.
I apologize if my understanding of the “Predefined” site is inaccurate, but there are only 7 “Predefined” properties in my console.
