"Restricted" users taking *much* longer to load than "Master" users

Hi All,

In our deployment, we have master user accounts for content management, then for each of our customers we have a specific account.

We are finding that the customer-specific accounts are taking MUCH longer (in excess of 30 minutes longer) to load than the master user accounts. We see this regardless if the console is started on the Bigfix central server or a remote workstation, so it doesn’t seem to be network-related.

At this point, I’m assuming that it has something to do with Bigfix filtering different content for each user, but I’m not certain.

Ideas?

Something is very wrong if any console is taking that amount of time to load (and in general console operators load faster than non-master operators)…
