Any idea how one would restore deleted actions that were expired, stopped or other? Also, what type of auditing ability would one have to track items such as User Creations, action deletions, etc?
Note that when you delete Fixlets or Tasks or other BigFix content, it keeps a history of the deletion, but when actions are deleted, it doesn’t keep track of the username/time that deleted in 7.0+.
I think you can theoretically enable SQL Server logging to track these types of events, but I don’t know much about that…
Ben, I apologize for not responding sooner. Our BF project was put on hold for a while inside Verizon. It has since been revved back up and we are moving full speed ahead with not only our currently deployed Power Management suite, but also looking into the Security, DLP and other available sites offered via BF….in the neighborhood of 180K clients….with room to grow.
Thank you for your quick response to this previous question. It is most certainly appreciate.
See you on the boards, and I hope to don’t get tired of me too quick
