REST API - Take action from task

Hi all,
I would like to execute task with REST API.
is it possible?
Task conditions should be:

  1. Target computer (I have vSphere integrated in BigFix, so I would like to exclude VM objects from targeting computer)
  2. Start & End with UTC
  3. Behavior: On failure retry, wait until computer has rebooted and Reapply this action whenever it becomes relevant again.
  4. post action - do nothing
