REST API solution for re-running failed targets

I think I know what I need to now for this, just have to figure out how to parse the machines out of the list of leftovers, then figure out how to take that list and replace the correct machines in the XML with the leftovers list and re-import the automation plan with the SA REST API. Still, I need to figure out the first and second piece. First one being here

Relevance help, trying to parse from text file and concatenate name from each line

Hey everyone, looking for a little help on this. I am trying to parse a log file and pull out a few pieces of information, and create the computer name from those pieces.
