We have some clients that are responding to actions when specific groups are targeted. The issue is, these clients are not members of the targeted group. It’s possible that clients were members of the group at one point, but have been removed form the group. These are manual groups, not automatic.
Client summary from the console shows that these devices are not members of the group. Action summary shows the group as the target, and the devices show up in the Reported Computers tab.
Is there something in the client settings that I can check that would not show up in the client summary?
You might try deleting the console cache just to make sure nothing got corrupted…
It sounds an awful lot like those agents think they are in the group (rather than a reporting error of some sort)… But they don’t show up in the group section?
