I’m wondering if anyone else has identified an effective way to audit user access in both the console and in web reporting?

For console auditing, I keep thinking that there should be some way to pull a report similar to the All Operators report, that has a field that contains the data shown in the Assign User Management Rights window of the console.

For web report auditing, I’m not seeing anything other than exporting the list of all the users. I’d like to be able to see what each of the Restrictions are restricted by, and last log in times.

But I’m not seeing where or how to pull these fields. Any suggestions?

You can use the Excel Connector to easily get the BigFix Console users:

For web reports, you probably will need to query the users table in the BESReporting database.
