I am experiencing a very strange issue with the Web Reports page. I create and activate an Analysis within the BES console. I then create an analysis report via the reports page. The report is created, the data displayed and all is good. After revisiting the report at a later time, only a very small amount of devices appear in the report. When I re-verify the Analysis via the console, all appropriate devices are reporting data.
The only way to gather a correct report is to create a new Analysis (not an Analysis type report) and re-generate a new report. De-activating and re-activating the Analysis does not help. Neither does recreating a new Analysis report.
Can you try viewing one of these problem reports, then select ‘Configure Report’, and re-submit it without making any changes? Does that bring back the missing devices from the report?
Sorry, I should have said Store Report for the Analysis reports. But it sounds like there might be a bug there, so you should open a support ticket so we can investigate it further.
