Report needed - All actions performed to device

I was unable to fund a particular report I need. I would like a report that shows all actions that have been performed to a particular device, and thier report status (complete, failed, etc).

This report would need to hit the db, as we purge actions out of the console regularly, making it incomplete.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am still in need for this, if anyone has any ideas. I need to be able to prove that particular actions were performed, and thier state. I need to do this even if the action was deleted out of the console.

Please advise.
