Strange situation regarding TRC. I just installed the new version on a client, everything was fine till we did the LDAP configuration. Only part of the users appeared on the console (3000 from 7000).
I inserted manually an user with some information of AD, after a few minutes all the user info appeared, so the synchronization happened …what about the other 4000 users?
Any ideas what might be? i think there is no permission or communication issues…
Is the LDAP configuration the same as it was previously? Also, do you mean you installed the new version of the TRC Server? I remember having a pretty hard time getting that LDAP piece to work when I set mine up, even though it was “testing” ok.
